What is the difference between private and individual cremation?

Private is your pet and yours only is in the chamber at one time, individual is when more than one pet is cremated at the same time using separation, see our cremation options for full info.

How long until I get my pet back?

As we do everything in house ourselves we aim to get pets back to families in 24-48 hrs. A public holiday may delay this.

Can we drop off to Give me Wings?

Yes we have a sister business you can drop to in Loburn. Please arrange a time for drop off with us. 

Can we watch the cremation?

No due to strict Work safe and health and safety regulations this is not possible and also not recommended.

We are from out of town, do you provide a same day service so we don’t have to stay overnight ?

Yes we can do that, just give us as much notice as possible.

Do we get all our pets ashes back?

Yes absolutely we use fine brushes in each stage to collect as many cremains as possible.

My dog is 90kg will you have an urn large enough?

Absolutely, we make all our boxes in house, if the cremains don't fit in our standard size boxes we can easily custom make another one.

Can we pay of the cost?

Yes we have afterpay facilities on our mobile eftpos machine there is a 2% surcharge for credit card and afterpay transactions.
